Our Team

Tavo Custom Homes is a family-led design-build firm rooted in East Texas, bringing over 30 years of experience to custom homes, luxury renovations, and elevated spec builds.

Felise Tavo leads construction and on-site execution, drawing on three decades in the field to ensure each home is built with precision and durability.

Liliana Tavo oversees financial and operational strategy, maintaining clarity, structure, and a seamless client experience from first conversation to final walkthrough.

Analena Sofia, Co-Builder and founder of Analena Sofia Design, leads the full design vision from concept through completion — shaping each home from the ground up and building it out on site with the trades. She also directs client consultations, job site flow, and all marketing and creative direction, ensuring a cohesive experience from start to finish.

Together, they work alongside a trusted team of craftsmen, building with a shared commitment to quality, integrity, and timeless design.
